A problem with mine ownership has been discovered in Shadowbane and players are warned not to use the resulting exploit:
We are currently aware of the issue and are working on a fix. The problem has been reproduced and we believe a cause has been found, however it is not known at this time when a fix for this will be added to the live servers, we hope very soon.

In the meantime, we would like to ask players not to use this bug/exploit intentionally. If caught, someone using this bug to their advantage could face disciplinary action against their account(s).

Also, until this issue is resolved, we would strongly recommend guilds keep their mine towers at a minimum and not invest too much of their resources into them.

Furthermore, CCRs will not be offering compensation for these problems surrounding mines that suddenly change ownership.

Lastly, some mines will not properly transfer to a guild for legitimate reasons such as, making sure the Prospector remains online for the whole duration of the window of opportunity. Failure to do so will result in the mine not being transferred to the Prospector's guild.

Please accept our most sincere apologies for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you and your guild and be assured that the issue is not being ignored, this item is high on our priority list. Thank you for your continued patience while we work on a permanent solution.
