Suddenly the air was filled with flashes of orange and the infamous whine of blaster fire. Fearing for my own well being, I quickly spun around in a desperate search for the source of the attack. On the ridge above the Shuttle Port was a large group of overt Imperial snipers laying down a devastating arc of well placed head shots. In front of them was a small group of what appeared to be Teras Kasi artists sprinting towards the crowd. From the street to the right more Imperials appeared sporting carbines and blasters, opening fire on the Rebels who for the most part were caught with their proverbial pants down. Bodies started dropping left and right, some trying feebly to return fire, while most just passing out before they knew what hit them. A few covert Rebels attempted to come to the rescue of their overt teammates and make a counter-attack, but were swiftly dispatched by the sheer weight of Imperial numbers.
