UnderGroundOnline(UGO) has a new Morrowind preview up on their site. Here is a bit:

The game features a full day-night cycle, and watching the sun set and the stars come out as I walked was quite enjoyable. Weather is also modeled, which isn't that unique, but it's done in a way that seems wholly natural - rather than just having it raining when you arrive in a certain area, you'll actually be able to watch a storm gather and break. These are all just atmospheric touches, sure, but they went a long way toward making Tamriel seem like a real world instead of a plain 3D map. This is cutting-edge material, here, and it's not a stretch to say that the overall package makes Morrowind is the best-looking CRPG to date.
