Final Fantasy X-2 has been reviewed at EDBIS. The score is 85% and here's a snip:
Final Fantasy X-2 lives up to its name, but it doesn’t feel exactly like a Final Fantasy game. There’s hardly any exploration of new places and the plot disappears into the background a lot. However, the world is as interesting, and the characters as well-developed, as in any other FF game. Generally, the tone of the game is much lighter than other games in the series; sometimes it reaches their seriousness, and occasionally it descends into disconcerting silliness. The battle system actually surpasses that of some other titles in the series, but the prevalence of mini-games detracts from the gameplay. FFX-2 is quite replayable, since decisions have different consequences and there are multiple endings. Unfortunately, you’ll probably need to use a hint guide or the internet to get the best ending. If you take the game for what it is, you’ll have a lot of fun.
