Wow, I missed the boat

Ok, so bad pun fully intended, but all I can say about World of Warcraft is "WOW"! I've had friends that I've played other online games with telling me for weeks that I would like this game, but I was skeptical to say the least. I'd tried it in beta, and had not been impressed. I dismissed the game as "too cartoony" and just like all the other games I've played. Now I find myself having to eat those words. While my initial impression of it being "cartoony" is still accurate, in my opinion, it definitely is not like all the other games I've played, and that makes all the difference.
