Only the second review for MiST land's 'COPS 2170: Power of Law' comes from RPG Codex. There's no score as usual so here's the summary:
All in all, COPS 2170: The Power of Law is a flawed game with a very interesting premise marred by bad friendly AI and the questionable implementation of the TB system, but it has its full share of good points. It doesn’t touch upon the strategic scale complexities of Jagged Alliance 2, or the tactical beauty of Silent Storm, but it’s still a decent title and deserves a play through.
