How do you come up with new heroes, their names, their super-powers, etc ?

We don’t really have a set process for character creation. Sometimes, Robb Waters, our character artist will have a sketch that will inspire me to come up with a neat Origin Story. This is where it’s great to have such creative and talented people behind you. Sometimes, all I have to do is drop a name or describe the gist of a hero’s powers and before you know it, we have an entire character.
