Boomtown has posted a preview of 'Fable: The Lost Chapters':
Last year, Peter Molyneux’ Lionhead and Big Blue Box released the action-RPG Fable for the Xbox. The game had been hyped to a staggering degree, not least by Molyneux himself, during his many convincing promotional speeches. The man is never at a loss for words, it seems.

Many of the promised elements never made it into the final game, however. For instance, you were supposed to be able to step on a small tree as a child, which would produce the consequence that you would find no tree there if you returned to the same spot as an adult. This, and many other features may have been pretty unimportant, but their omission certainly made quite a few gamers around the world jump about in anger (quite an unusual activity for them), as well as voicing their heated opinions in various forums, and wherever else you can whine about your troubles.
