Freedom Force Review at GamersPulse

There is a new review of Freedom Force at GamersPulse today. They really liked the game, reflected by a rating of 88/100 and this positive last paragraph, which also mentions the game's greatest flaw:
The game’s greatest fault is its simplicity - to which a minimal number of controllable units, and overly forgivable opponent A.I primarily contribute. While the multi-player mode is novel, Freedom Force’s fundamental lack of a deep and involving strategic dimension hurts replay value; online play is simply too ill-supported by the basically light strategy component to be considered much more than a novelty experience. A satisfying single-player campaign along with an incredibly engaging character creation system, however, makes this one a heartily recommended buy. Add a sharp visual presentation that acutely conveys the look and feel and vintage comics, and Freedom Force stands as a title with unusual flair.
