A little bit from the IWD2 forums:

    Josh Sawyer

    New portraits
Well, hopefully we'll have two NEW portraits (as in, done in the past week by artists on the Jefferson project) to show you soon. Vance Kovacs (Jefferson lead artist) and Chris Appelhans (Jefferson concept artist) are working on a male monk and female monk, respectively. Vance is almost done with the male monk. Hopefully, you will be happy to hear that the male monk is a young, clean-shaven man with short hair.

    Paladin/cleric multiclassing between deities
While we could prevent this, technically, nothing in the roolz explicitly prevents it. We leave such ROELEPLAEYINGE concerns to you players. If you start as a paladin of Ilmater and then multiclass to a cleric of Helm or Lathander -- eh... they're all buddies. You just won't be able to advance as a paladin anymore.

Any black people in the game?
There are Thayans in the game. They range in color from moderate tan (Mulan) to a deep, dark brown (Turami).

    Skin color of the Chult
In all of the Chult-folk illustrations I have seen, they are simply very tan, not black. That's how some dudes from Mezro appear in our game.

    Bloodlust

    Bucklers
There are generic magic bucklers (buckler of types) and a few unique versions as well.
You cannot dual wield and wear a buckler, however.

    XP rewards for using skills?
Nope. It would have been cool, though.
