Nahlakh Game Info |
|
Description: |
The predecessor to Natuk was a game I released in July, 1994 called Nahlakh. Nahlakh was my first public game, and is a shareware role-playing game inspired by my favorites from my high school years (Wizard's Crown, Eternal Dagger, and Ultima V).
Nahlakh ultimately rose to around 50th position on the Internet Top 100 List (this was before there was a separate list for shareware), and I still get lots of mail about the game. It was reviewed in Pelit, a Finnish game magazine, and I subsequently got a lot of registrations from Finland. :)
Many aspects of Natuk were first seen in Nahlakh and subsequently refined as I became a better programmer. Nahlakh still has a certain charm to it, though. |
