It's unclear whether this is simply a technical issue or there's more afoot. (Just two weeks ago it was announced that developer Newrosoft R&D would be resuming work on the game very soon, and a new website and forum were available at the time. Anyone with specific information about the current state of this game is encouraged to comment here.
