Here's a short clip: Castle walked me through some aspects of the game--character creation, exploration, combat, and talked about Westwood's plans for the future, and Earth & Beyond. According to Castle, this is not a persistent world... Louis Castle: Earth & Beyond is the first online role-playing galaxy. You actually take on the role of a captain with your own starship, and you're flying around the galaxy with thousands of people at any given time. Tens of thousands actually, per galaxy. The unique thing about that is the socialization. You get to be any kind of starship captain fantasy you'd like.
