Senior Lead Tester John “Buzz” Buzolich talks about himself and his work: So what exactly do I do? I play games all day. Well, not really, but if you break it down to the most basic level, then that is what I do. As a Senior Lead, I manage a group of testers here at LucasArts who are diligently trying to cover every aspect of the most massive game anyone has ever set out to create. Galaxies is unlike anything we have worked on before, in terms of scale and scope, so it’s been both a great challenge and a learning experience for us. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the efforts of my team thus far. There is still plenty of work ahead, but I’m confident that we are up to the challenge. In addition to managing the QA team here on Galaxies, I also check in with the Lead Testers on a few other projects around the office, as I have time. All I can say is that it’s a very exciting time here at LEC. Everyone is looking forward to the day that Galaxies goes Live.
