Trinity: Interview @ Duck and Cover

Duck and Cover (now with a new, slightly different URL)has interviewed Kaczor from Ground Zero Team, the folks behind the post-apoc project 'Trinity':
So what does being lead designer for Trinity involve?

My task is to write Game Design and to care that everything is going right. As the leader, I must control work on every game aspect, as plot, NPC creation, objects and characters modelling, texturing, etc. Every, even smallest piece of game is going through my hands and I must approve it. I am also commissioning work to other team members.
