Nival's WWII-themed tactical RPG 'Silent Storm' picks up another high score at BDGamer.N who awarded the game a score of 8.6/10 in their review.
“Oh God, not another WWII game!”

That was my first thought when I first heard about Silent Storm. Seriously speaking, I was beginning to get sick and tired of WWII themed games (Call of Duty, BF1942) and it seemed like more and more games were being announced everyday.

But Silent Storm turned out to be an extremely pleasant surprise. As it turns out, SS is a turn based tactical combat in the vein of X-Com, Fallout and the Jagged Alliance series. Those of you who have played those games know what I’m talking about and how badly this genre needs a game – which SS more than satisfies.
