Just before the Labor Day holidays, I was invited to be shown around the new Omens of War expansion. The moment I zoned into Dranik’s Scar, Brenlo was eager to show off the new engine.
“See the bump mapping? Come over and look at this wall! How do you like the shadows?”
“What shadows?”
“Oh.. hmm.. open up Options. Click on Advanced.”
I did so and found Shadows as well as Water effect. I turned both on. Voila! Instant shadows and well done as well.
