Simutronics, a company with a long history of deep role-playing MUDs, is now bringing its experience to the 3D world with Hero's Journey, an MMORPG with many unique ideas and a huge potential.

One of these unique ideas is allowing the GameMasters full control over the development of the game. While coders and artists create powerful tools and 3D artwork to be used by GMs, it is the GMs themselves who piece the entire game together. They control the content that goes in, the shape of the world and the quests that they make available. This means that a GM can adjust the game on the fly, spawning a quest NPC to run around seeking out adventurers for his special task. This provides unique opportunities for customization of the world and its inhabitants by GMs, so be prepared because next time it may be the Orcs raiding your city instead of the other way around.
