News on the official Metalheart: Relicants Rampage site is the game has gone Gold. Unfortunately there's no real specifics, such as whether this applies only to the Russian version. Here's the announcement:
14.05.05 - Metalheart: Replicants Rampage is complete!

Akella and Numlock Software are glad to inform you that the post-apocalyptic RPG Metalheart: Replicants Rampage is complete! The gold master is sent for the final prerelease test.
