The latest From the desk of DaVInic has been published at RPGVault. This time, it talks about the goblins:
The goblin is a loathsome creature, embodying every perverse vice. Goblins first appeared during the Disjunction, but compared to the other creatures released during the cataclysm, the goblin species was one of the weakest, slowest and least intelligent of all. Lacking any united leadership, the goblins served as frontline ground forces for larger armies.

Although weak at first, their unique biological nature soon allowed them to grow in power once introduced into a new environment. Goblins have the ability to improve their intellect by consuming the brains of human victims. In a few short years, the goblins evolved from their primal roots to become more advanced and cunning predators.
