A truly epic level continuation of the ever evolving NWN game. Even if you don't like the story (I did), this is a must have for the mods that are sure to follow.
I can not recall the last time I enjoyed mounting up such a high body count while following a good story (I actually found myself taking notes on the drow houses - it turned out I didn't need it, but it was cool that it was there).
The game is a tad to easy for the pure fighter types, but the NPCs have become much more controlable.
All in all a very good game. |

Great fun, best mod I have played in the nwn series. As to the review, well done and through good to see something that was not based 90% on the ad copy from the back of the box.
Though it sounds like the reviewer knows what they are doing I would suggest checking out the bioware boards for info on making shifters viable. The important thing is to know what items merge into what forms once you have that it can be a great class for pure fun and flexability. It's great fun to go kobold and take out the casters ninja style and then shift to risen lord to go toe to toe with the fighters in the tough fights. Unfortunately the shifter does not seem fully implimented so several of the forms are just eye candy with 1 or 2 hard to use powers thrown in. The heavy use of uber gear means that any form that does not merge your weapon at least is next to useless in hotu. Still shifter is my fave class to play so far out of the many many many I have tried. |

Gives what nwn did n't give to a player that wants more fight that talk.A Good expansion for a Great game. Though I could write a hole review I would rather right something for those who rate this game 1 or 10 without any comment.You surelly know that your rate does n't affect only the game rating but also others people thought about buing or not this game,except the fact that this kind of rate looks really stupid.GUYS PLS,IF YOU DON'T MEAN IT DON'T RATE!!! |

Better than the original not as good as good storywise as the first expansion. Gameplay is highly improved upon. A solid game. Comunity support was (is) outstanding. |
