The third in the original series. I actually had the entire area mapped by hand, what’s sad is you actually had to do that in order to avoid getting completely lost. An excellent game except that it placed you in some sparsely populated region separate from the area you grew accustom to in the originals.

I actually played Secret of the Silver Blades (and somewhat forgot about it). Didn't beat my experience with Pool of Radiance though.

A very fine rpg from SSI, a shame they don't exist anymore. I played all of them, very great SAGA

I base this on the Mac version, which had a fairly crummy conversion, but after playing the great Pool of Radiance, this was a disappointment. Too much hack and slash and just looked less polished (again, at least on the Mac). Combat got tedious in fairly short time.
