When the Fyros decided to destroy the Kitin, they were overwhelmed and ran. The Kitin followed them to the surface and nearly destroyed all of hominkind, the civilized races of Atys. After years of constant war, the Kitins returned to the Prime Roots and the homins began to emerge.
