The Electric Playground has put up its review of BioWare's Neverwinter Nights. They award the game an almost perfect score of 9.5 out of 10.

Here's a teaser:
So what's the deal? Picture Baldur's Gate with a 3D engine, with an improved interface. You can now right click on any game object to bring up a radial menu of things to do with that object--Cast Spell, Attack, Special Attack, whatever is appropriate. It reminds me a bit of Freedom Force, although pausing when you use this menu is not automatic, you have to hit the spacebar as before. For lovers of hotkeys and short cuts, there is a Quickbar at the bottom of the screen. Anything dropped into the Quickbar, such as an item, spell, command, emote, or even a combination of weapons for those that can dual wield, can be instantly used/summoned by pressing the function keys. Furthermore, holding Control or Shift brings up another layer of the Quickbar each, so there is a total of 36 whopping slots for you. Have one level for weapons, one level for spells, one level for special abilities or items, whatever you like.
