Cruising on down the line...HomeLANFed has a fairly upbeat review of City of Heroes...they give it an overall 90 out of 100...

We could moan about no player housing or no player vs player combat or no crafting like other MMORPGs have but the truth is that we forget all of that when we play the game. City of Heroes is meant to be a game first and a community second. Sometimes I think community features slow down the gameplay elements but except for PVP combat (which we hope we is coming soon) we really like that Cryptic concentrated on getting the game features down first. Community for games ususally grow by themselves rather than the developer forcing their own ideas for community on the players and we think this will happen for City of Heroes.

The biggest compliment we can give the game is this: I had to stop playing City of Heroes because of all the E3 work this month but after all that was done we were able to just jump back in again and become addicted to it all over again. We can't think of a better way to give this game a high mark.

Ungawa!!
