The maps were included with the recently unleashed Warcraft III demo (story). If you have downloaded the demo already, there's very likely no need to download the maps again. But you better check for yourself. Blizzard is saying that "the maps have previously only been available on a special demo CD.". That's why they may be different from those in the downloadable demo.
