City of Heroes has allowed us to live out our dreams of becoming superheroes. But what about being a supervillain then? There are few of us that don’t have a Lex Luthor, Dr. Doom or Green Goblin tucked away in the blackest parts of our hearts. Bur fret no more, we can all get to live out our secret fantasies (well, those that involve being supervillains anyway) online, when NCsoft unleashes the standalone expansion pack for City of Heroes in late 2005. Lord Recluse himself (top bad guy in CoV, and the arch-enemy of Statesman) had flown to NCsoft's conference rooms to demonstrate the whole lot. He went under the alias of David “Zeb” Cook for the day.
