The essay talks about the fundamentals of Shadowbane, and how any type of player can play it. Heres a snippet: The strategy layer of Shadowbane can not be ignored, unless you want to vanish into the masses bereft of home and hearth. Short term, the game will be very PvP centric but as the lands settle down, it will become a power game - not like EQ or like the power gamer - but like high stakes poker or wall street.
