What sort of players have dominated the game?
At the moment Mimesis is dominated by Explorers - the world is huge and very tempting to go ‘sightseeing’. In the world you won’t see the same places twice. Actually, it sometimes takes 10 - 15 minutes to find oneself in a completely different surrounding than before. There are mountains, deserts, rivers and waterfalls, forests and meadows - the landscape is said to be breathtaking at times.
The post - apocalyptic elements contribute for an interesting mixture for all. In addition players love to socialize what is not only fun but necessary sometimes. The world is truly dangerous and a single character faces incessant danger. People can easily join a party and there is a wide list of socials which are a handy tool of interaction.
Finally we are very happy that there are also ‘hard-core gamers’ in Mimesis. They spend 16 or more hours online advancing almost everyday. They players have top equipment and other items. They provide a lot of help both to us and our newbies, guiding them through the game. |
