The open Beta IV will start soon. All applicants who previously tried to get in will get an e-mail with the location of the CD you can download and a CD Key which enables the access to Anarchy Online. This process will start in week 23 and also the NDA will be lifted so we should see a flood of previews coming up soon. You can read about it on the official Funcom site.
As extra information I can add that the download will be a CD image, so it will not be bigger than 650 MB :).
