'Sacred' is "rumored" ;) to be 'Armalion' (or what's left of it). 'Armalion' was a 'Realms of Arkania' (DSA) based RPG in development at German Ikarion. The game was cancelled last year (story) when Ikarion was forced to file for bankruptcy. Ikarion did, however, continue their efforts to find a new home for their game which was approximately 75% finished at the time of its cancellation. In fact, former Ikarion developers are now working on 'Sacred' at Ascaron just as well as some folks from Wings (JoWood subsidiary) and Funatics (formerly a part of Phenomedia).
