Stratics interviews Nathan 'Hammerfel' Pearce and Greg 'Baelish' Short about the EQ2 Players service as well as Station Exchange.
Tovin: First, Nathan, if you'd tell us a little bit about your position with SOE.

Nathan: I'm Nathan Pearce, the Creative Director for SOE's Platform department. My team works on drawing up and fleshing out web features like Station Players and Station Exchange. I'm really excited about the future for both services. If any players have some features they'd like to see from the service, I welcome you to post on our EQ2Players forum or the Station Exchange forum. I love brainstorming with fellow players. :)

EQ2 Players

Tovin: EQ2 Players has come a long way since the launch of the service, and like the game, the service is constantly expanding and adapting! Can you tell us a bit about the bugs that are on the fix list?

Greg: We've been working hard to take care of as many issues as possible since launch, unfortunately some of these have been very difficult to reproduce internally. Currently we are working on fixing some issues associated with logging in to guild forums and sites. It's important to note that every update to the service we work on contains both bug fixes and new features. Sometimes it's challenging to decide between which to go after first, but we are doing out best to ensure the service remains as bug free as possible. Our QA department regularly reads through forums and emails to identify and prioritize the areas of the service we need to work on next.
