My favorite part of the game is the pet, which was inspired by the classic dungeon game Nethack. Players begin with either a dog or a cat. By feeding your pet different animals it can transform into, well, just about anything. A walking brain, a giant spider, a glowing unicorn... you name it. Pets can wear rings and can also carry your extra items. My favorite feature? In the middle of the dungeon you can send your pet back to town. He'll sell your excess stuff and then return to you with the gold in just a few seconds. Sweet.
