The next patch is on the test server (1.45D), and over at the Pendragon Page at Camelot Herald, you can find the info for it. Just a shortie, so here it is in its splendid completeness:
We will be following this version up with another patch later today or early tomorrow morning. This version has a few new bug fixes. The next patch will have updates to the Epic zones and some new Dragon AI for you to test, as well as lots more itemization.

    NEW THINGS AND BUG FIXES

    - You can no longer "lock up" NPC archers who are defending keeps. Previously, some players were exploiting a bug where when you had an archer with 0 max velocity, you could engage him from a distance then back out of his arrow range where he could not be attacked. The NPC archer would remain "locked up" and would not attack anyone else. This has been fixed - the NPC archer will now pick a different target within range if he can't reach his original target.

    - Fixed a collision problem where people could warp through doors and walls.

    - Fixed another issue where a player could get "You move and interrupt your spellcast" when they had come to a complete stop. Please let us know if this change solves that particular problem.

    - You can now click on open doors to select them.
