In a strikingly similar announcement to that of yesterday's note about EverQuest 2, The Matrix Online team have announced their (lack of) support plan for Thanksgiving.
Phone and Chat support will be unavailable on Thursday and Friday, November 24th and 25th 2005 due to the Thanksgiving Holliday. Email support will be available on Thursday and Friday by submitting a form at http://www.station.sony.com/email

Phone and Chat support will return at their normal hours on Monday November 28th, 2005. Phone support is normally available Monday through Friday 9:00am through 1:30pm PST and again 3:30 through 6:00pm PST. Chat support is normally available Monday through Friday 9:00am through 6:00pm PST.
