Details of the 'Shadowbane' July Content Patch are up at the official site:
The Shadowbane Test Server has been updated with the Maintenance Patch for the July Content Patch released earlier this month. This patch addresses the following issues:

* Fixed the Necromancer Shrine to grant the Necromancy Skill
* Fixed an issue with the Huntsman Power "Skin the Beast" so it will dispel wereforms on the first cast
* Fixed various client and server issues
