The projected downtime depends on how fast your ISP is going to "tell" its DNS server about the new BioWare IP's. This may take up to several days. UPDATE: Just noticed over at Neverwinter Vault that you can access the BioWare forums by using this IP address: http://66.244.193.147/. There's also an IP listing for access to other BioWare areas. Please note that these may only function temporarily.
