The Camelot Herald has a short newsbit about changes to /level:
These realms will no longer have the /level 30 ability. New characters will /level 20 here.

Galahad – Midgard
Bors – Hibernia

These realms have gained the /level 30 ability for the indicated Realm.

Tristan – Midgard
Bedevere – Hibernia
Nimue – Hibernia

These changes are made based upon careful evaluation of population numbers.
