Swen talks about his ECTS experience, and this stuff is pretty funny sometimes. Here's a snip: A guy came by, and as luck would have it, his badge was turned upside down, so I couldn't identify him. His face looked vaguely familiar, but being a disaster with faces, I decided, type 3 policy - intro only. He left, looking rather disappointed, and half an hour later it hit me: He was one of the journalists I'd met at a recent press event and who was very enthusiastic about the game. What was more, he had just written four pages in one of Germany's most prestigious magazines, so the least I could've done was thanked him. But no -- it was "intro, and that's all you'll see buster" time. Needless to say, I felt pretty bad about it, and decided I'd write a "kiss and make up "e-mail when I got back in the office.
