Q: How did you land the gig of heading up Sony Online Entertainment’s Seattle division?

A: Before heading up SOE’s Seattle division, I and three other of Microsoft’s Mythica team members, Craig Link, John Smith and Alex Pfaffe, founded FireAnt, Inc. with the goal to continue to push the envelope on the experiences delivered in MMO games. During our quest to find a publisher for our ideas we made contact with SOE. Soon after talking with SOE we realized a bigger partnership than just publishing should take place which led to the establishment of the SOE-Seattle studio.
