I'm not one to be an alarmist, but if you're reading this, and you're not living in Korea, there's a good chance you're about to get your ass kicked. I am speaking of Guild Wars, a bold new adventure in massively multiplayer online gaming wherein Guilds around the world vie for supremacy. But Guild Wars is one of the few online roleplaying games that doesn't shelter us Cowboy Americans from the sheer organizational might that is the Korean gaming audience. Even as we speak, Europe, Korea, and the Americas are waging a war at the top of the international Guild Wars tournament ladder, with the results regularly broadcast across the whole game.
