Games Domain has put up a review of Haemimont's RPG/RTS hybrid 'Nemesis of the Roman Empire' (which used to be known as 'Celtic Kings: The Punic Wars'). Rating: 7/10.
Based on events in the Mediterranean between roughly 250 B.C. and 100 B.C., Nemesis of the Roman Empire is an unconventional real-time strategy game that brings a handful of interesting ideas to the genre. While its focus on careful expansion and maintenance of supply chains lead to novel gameplay situations, a lack of variety and depth in some areas is disappointing.
