The Mystic Journey: Fairyland USA team has announced that recent severe lag issues have been fixed and that all players will be credited for one day of service in compensation for the inconvenience.
Our engineers have determined the source of the lag and have addressed the issue. We are sorry for the inconvenience this caused for some of our players. :) You can now enjoy your evenings without lag.
Management has approved, as compensation for your inconvenience, a credit of one day for all accounts. The credit will be made onto all accounts on Thursday.
If you are on an HOURLY plan, please visit our website and in your profile click on "Change Charge" option on the right hand side and change your setting to "Monthly" to use the day credit first or you will find yourself unable to login. After your day is used up, you may go to your profile and change your setting back to "Hourly" to make use of your hours. |
