2 Handed sword Trainer

Ok Ive become a gaurd at the old camp and supposedly I can learn 2 handed training but I cant find where. Ive read that a guy named Lee at the new camp can teach you this but When I talk to him it doesnt give me that option. Where do I go? And where do I get 2 handed weapons from?
And will I ever get caught for stealing from chests, like will someone ever say "Hey thats mine!"? Ive read about how to cheat also and though I know its not important I still want to know how. I looked in my .ini file and found no testmode= anywhere in there is it supposed to be there or do I just add it in?

Sorry if this has been discussed before I ran a search and didnt find any satifactory answers.

Thorus. You need to learn 1-handed fighting first. For cheats, look at GothicDot's cheat guide.
