how much taunting does a npc need to attack me ?
or - what skill lvl in speechcraft and personality is needed to be somewhat successful ? |

Depending on your Reputation, Speechcraft, and Personality factors, anywhere from a dozen down to one successful taunts will make them mad enough.

Well it would be good to have your skill level over 50, just so you wouldnt have any trouble.

Well, i dunno about that. I have no speechcraft and it takes me about 5 times.

My char has over 60 in speechcraft, and I can just do two taunts, and that will be enough to make them want to kill me 
Also, I think Orcs are more likely to take offense, just like it's easier to admire them. They're quick to draw your blood.
