Where is he? cause i have been at the mining site were he should be around. But I didn't see him so can anyone pintpoint him(by text plz) and also were is the special snapper you need to kill for the merchant in the upper town?

Ur-shak you won't meet him til ch 4.

The snapper... Make sure you talk to Bilgot at Fajeth's mining site or the critter won't spawn. Stand by Fajeth and look through opening in wall. You'll see an old watchtower. He will spawn there at the base of the tower.
