Who the hell is the guy who is running the second swampweed business in the new camp? I may not be able to complete the quest because the rice lord killed himself, and Lares (the rogue leader) was killed for his axe (by me, oops) so now what? Can I still complete the quest or not? NO biggie, I'm obviously a member of the swamp camp, thanx

He's not "IN" the New camp proper, if you step out of the new camp, step past the path to the right heading into the mountains, and hug the right wall, you'll find a lil cave...
