Nudity mod/plugin?

Has anyone done one yet, and if so where can I find it?

Is it strip combat? Sounds interesting, but is there a way to turn off the combat part of it? I just want it to be there if you meet characters with no clothes. Also, if I install that, and decide that I don't want combat to be like that, can I take it out with no problem?
