The point is rather simple, Slak. We've noticed that many of our readers are still unaware that we have the MMORPGDot website for MMORPG reporting, nor are they aware that AdventureDot exists for adventure game reporting and such...so I'm running "cheesey" announcements like this just to insure that our readers do know those major reporting sites do exist within the RPGDot network:-)

That's right. I encouraged Kris to make some AdventureDot advertising on RPGDot now that Britton has joined the team and AdventureDot is getting a lot more love than before  .
We also talked about MMORPGDot and the fact that the question kept coming up in mails and on our forums why we had dropped all MMORPG news coverage. There seems to be quite a number of people out there who do not know that MMORPGDot even exists because the link is "hidden" away in the hosted sites menu. Same goes for AdventureDot so we're just doing a little advertising for our active network sites . |

That's a good idea i think, but i went straight to MMORPGDOT where i saw this news post that just linked me right back to MMORPGDOT, that's why i thought it was strange lol.
