| Building strongholds/castles |
|
How do you build strongholds/castles? I killed the duke guy in ebonheart (just playin around) but he had a note on him giving me permission to build a stronghold. How do I get the quest? or are there any other quests to get strongholds beside him? I bought a land deed for some abandoned manor in the hallulu (sp?) canton in vivec but I cant find the place. Also,is there a way to set up your own shop? Thanks for any help. |

I think you have to have the highest rank in a Guild before you can build your own stronghold. But im not sure... |

ah, I just now joined housr redoran. sigh, wish I didnt spend all that time getting highest rank in the legions = ) although I did get the chrysmere and the Lords mail from it. |

I actually managed to steal the permit from the Duke on a succesful pickpocket attempt.
Apparently I need a land deed. Where from? I joined House Hlaalu a long time ago (Reminds me of the Ordos from Dune) and am now the Grand High Poobah Whatever Grandmaster.
Do you think I could maybe right my OWN title? HELL NO! That'd be TOO easy!
God forbid that I, the head of one of the major three houses, should be able to BUILD MY OWN DAMN HOUSE ON MY OWN DAMN LAND!

So, it's off to the construction set I go to create a new plugin. |

if your in house hallulu or whatever, you can buy a land deed from them in the hallulu canton in vivec. You go in the waistworks and into the treasury, then into the vaults. There is a guy there (forgot his name) that sells the land deed. |
